These terms apply when you enrol on a Rockgate Academy programme or book case support. Please read them before you pay. Last updated: 27 September 2026.
These terms are between you and Rockgate Academy Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17153023, with registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ ("Rockgate Academy", "we", "us").
We offer CeMAP exam training and related career support, currently:
Current programmes and prices are shown on our Programmes page. Prices may change for future cohorts, but the price you're quoted at enrolment is the price you pay for that cohort.
You enrol by submitting an enquiry and confirming your place once we've responded. A place on a programme is only reserved once payment has been received in full, unless we agree a different arrangement with you in writing.
Payment is taken securely via Monzo. We do not store your card or bank details ourselves. Programme places are limited, and we may need to offer you the next available cohort if the one you enquired about is full.
If you enrol online, you have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, during which you can cancel for a full refund. If your programme's first live session falls within that 14-day window and you want to secure your place, we'll ask you to confirm you understand that your cancellation right ends once that first session has taken place.
Outside the cooling-off period, fees for CeMAP Core, Complete Pathway, and Beyond CeMAP are non-refundable once the programme has started, as places are limited and reserved on your behalf. If you need to withdraw before the programme starts, contact us — we'll aim to offer a transfer to the next available cohort rather than a refund, at our discretion.
If we have to cancel or postpone a cohort (for example, too few learners to run it), you'll be offered a full refund or a place on the next cohort, whichever you prefer.
Study materials, slides, recordings, and quizzes provided as part of a programme are for your own personal use while learning with us. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly share them, in part or in full, without our written permission.
Where a programme includes replay access, replays are available for the duration of that programme unless stated otherwise.
Live sessions are a shared learning space. We ask all learners to be respectful of the instructor and other participants, and not to record or share sessions without everyone's agreement. We may remove a participant from a live session, without refund, if their conduct is abusive or disruptive to other learners.
Case support is scoped and quoted before any work begins, based on the information you give us about the case. The quoted fee is payable in full before work starts, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
We provide our programmes and case support with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Beyond that, our total liability to you in connection with a programme or case support is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of income or lost career opportunities.
If you're unhappy with a programme or with case support, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to put things right.
We may update these terms from time to time, for example if our programmes or payment provider change. The terms that applied when you enrolled will continue to apply to that enrolment; the latest version applies to any new enrolment.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. See also our Privacy Policy.
